Valuation

During the initial consultation and property valuation, we will determine your requirements and advise you of the estimated current market value of your property based on our in-depth knowledge of the property market. We conduct a thorough assessment of every property to best gauge the listed sale price.

 

PSRA Letter of Agreement

We will prepare a Letter of Agreement which will include the following:

* Name and address of the property for sale
* The commencement date of the sale
* The advised market value of the property
* The fee structure

For Sale Sign

At your request, we will organise a suitable signboard to be erected at your property. Our name and contact number will be on the sign and we can also organise a pointer sign on the main road if suitable. Our sign boards are distinctive and well known and they are a very cost effective form of advertising.

Good communication is vital when selling a property. Westay in close contact with Vendors and buyers throughout the process. We keep a complete sales log of all calls and offers lodged by potential buyers and we make this available to Vendors

 

Viewings

We undertake viewings 6 days a week to facilitate buyers.
High Quality Brochures

We will compile and arrange the printing of a descriptive sales brochure. This will feature comprehensive details of your property including photographs, floor plans and directions to assist viewers. The brochures will be issued to all interested parties including enquiries and those on our database contact management system.
