We place a great deal of emphasis on you, our Customer, and with the help of your feedback, continuously seek to improve our service.   Our goal is to give you total satisfaction whether buying, selling, renting or just popping in to have a look around. We are affiliated to and are active members of both The Society of Chartered Surveyors and The Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers. We are Certified Valuers to Blue Book Standard. We are members of The European Group of Valuers' Associations (TEGoVA).

Seamus Downes, MIPAV

Seamus has been in the auctioneering business for over fifty five years. Over this time, Seamus has built strong relationships with all of our Clients. For this reason, many of our Clients return to us on a regular basis and also recommend us to their friends and colleagues. He relocated the business to Sean Costello Street, Athlone in 1998 due to the expansion of his Clientele. Seamus is a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers. Seamus is also a certified Peace Commissioner and Commissioner for Oaths.

Liam Downes, MIPAV, MCEI, TRV

Liam joined the family business in 1998. He is a qualified Auctioneer and a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers. He has over 15 years of sales experience. Liam has completed numerous business courses over the years and has a wonderful appreciation of best practices in selling. His passion for the auctioneering business is evident in the standard of respect and attention he shows to all his Clients.
